Flasher and gps depth finder not working properly

I have an 06 Puma with a digital lowrance flasher and I have been having trouble with my flasher finding bottom at idle or slow speed but seems to work fine when I up and running in more that 6 feet of water. I also have a LCX 20 gps/depth finder that the depth finder wont find itself. I have done soft resets on both units but no luck. The gps works just fine. It does not matter if I turn one of the units off. The transducers seem to be mounted to the floor. Everything was working fine until about a month ago. HELP PLEASE!!!

This is a process of elimination and you should try a hand held transducer to see if it finds bottom, then start from there. BCB

Thanks. I will check it with the transom mount unit that came with the lcx20. Im not sure how to check the flasher unless the connections would be the same.
