I was to late on those great deals jjust bought this boat and it really needs a deck .

I ran into the same issue with my 99 sabre. Really needed a deck. Called BCB first of course, and unfortunately they only have the decks for 2004 and newer. Did some searching and found the outfit that makes lids for BCB and they even had the spec for my boat. Not sure if you need more than just the lid in that model boat, but call them up and ask, their service is top notch and of the same caliber of BCB. Really really great people. Built one from 3/4 marine plywood for my 96 classic. Made a huge difference.

Bass Cat does not make the flipping deck for your model any more. Alan said that they do not have the molds any more to make sure it will fit properly. He suggested finding a local shop that works with aluminum to build one.We have a wood one the previous owner built. It works, but it wedges in between the rod locker lids and makes it hard to open them. It also blocks the water from draining off of the starboard road looker so we end up with water in it. Be sure to have it built so that there is a gap for the water to drain. We also have to take ours out when we put the cover on. It blocks putting the pedelstool seat in floor of the boat to support the cover. When I build or get a new one those issues will all be corrected.You may also think about some kind of lid on the front of the flipping deck to access under it.
