Curious about an electronics install on the front deck. Should I be concerned about any floatation foam in the front of the boat under the front deck? Is there any pictures or guidelines as to where not to drill on a BCB?Thanks

Bass Cat put all of the foam in the area in white on their newer boats. I know they have been doing that for a while, but I can not say when they started it. Fiberglass is easy to drill through with a sharp bit. Go slow and easy and you will feel when it goes through. Our boat does not have any foam at the nose and it is a 1997 model. It would help a lot if you let everyone know what year and model your boat is. Actually, that image is before the front foam chambers are inserted.
