Are any of yall fishing the FLW BFL and if so what division?I am fishing the Cowboy Division as a boater and will also be fishing the All American in May on Lake DeGray, Arkansas .

our first BFL is this coming Saturday on Toledo Bend and the water is colder then i have ever seen it. it is going to be tuff . i am predicting lots of zeros on both sides.

Probably a good prediction. There was an Bassmaster Weekend Series tournament Saturday and only 35 boaters weighed in with another 18 zeros. The winning weight with 5 fish was 16.85 and the big fish for boaters was only 6.33. The non-boaters were almost the opposite….only 17 weighed in with another 35 zeros. However, first place for them with a 3 fish limit was 14.41. Thats some pretty good fish there. I was impressed with 3rd place……only one fish…..8.91….if only he would have had a couple to go with it. That was the big fish of the tourney. I may or may not fish this weekend in the Arkie Division on Lake Ouachita. I fished the first BWS event up here a week ago and flat out had the worst day i have had since i started fishing. I did enjoy the tourney and got to meet a few ppl from the board so i think im gonna fish the BWS this year and maybe a few BFL.

The BFL on Lake Martin this past weekend had a rocky start due to the snowy weather. In fact, it was delayed unit Sunday. The lake was tough all weekend and very few caught fish in the two day club tournament I participated in as well. The water temp did good to crack the 41 degree mark until late yesterday when the sun poped out. I know many of the BFL guys canceled but heard some 90 + did make the start; I have not heard the results.
