This particular day was by no means rough, just another day in South Texas with 15-20 mph winds. Motor movement is actually minimal, but you can get some idea of the stress 500+ pounds on the transom would have. As far as Brians question re: SWA leverage, from what I have noticed running up behind other boats with Power Poles or Talons mounted, the Talons do have much more movement. This makes sense, as the motors are mounted either at the top of the housing or on the side, high on the housing. This movement has to translate to more stress on the mounting brackets, at the very least.For your viewing pleasure…
