Fortrex and Deans cover

BCB or anyone that may know this….I have a 08 Pantera Classic with a Minn-kota maxuim 80. Will a new Minn-kota fortrex fit under a Deans cover without any modifications/ problems??Here is my set up now….tks

Yes, though I had to pull the cover a little farther forward. Its a big unit.Al

Nope dont Do It…., I had the same bright idea, took off a MG and bought a Fortrex last fall in 09, sold my Aurora cover cheap, bought a Deans and its been all down hill sense. Now I have to say BCB Parts has bent over backward helping me and has ordered over 4 Deans Cover, sent a boat like mine to deans for a pattern, and Deans still cant get one right. Hats off to Pete and Simon forputting up with me. I have a new Aurora in the works currently. Now on a side note, I do really like my Fortrex.Eric

For what it is worth I upgraded my MaxxumPro 80 to a Fortrex 80 on my 2004 P Classic. Deans cover is tighter, but just fit.
