Now that BCB has this forum site up and going is there a date set for the old forum to shut down?

At the moment it looks as if the Talk site BCB forum has more traffic than this one. When posting something it seems that all forums need to be utilized to ensure full coverage.  Just a bit confusing for the time being.

A side note, it is impressive that BCB folks take the time and energy to support an interactive communication system for their customers and want to be customers.  A business model that is so admirable.

I think this one is and will be better.  Traffic on Tapa I thought has fallen off.  Lots more activity on Facebook page though.

The BCB FB page has a huge amount of activity. The downside of the FB page is the difficulty of BCB to moderate it when questions of boat issues are posted. I have seen many BCB owners try to help, and the input is often incorrect and erratic.

There is also a growing amount of new Pantera Classic owners on FB, but not on the Owners sites. The FB site is fun, but it seems the new owners need to be aware the BCB Owners site. It is where assistance and experience can be shared, than the search functions used when needed. FB cannot be used to search for specific issues or easily moderated.

As a final solution for owners I believe the highly used BBC Bass Cat forum and now this BCB owners site should be utilized. JMHO.

I think this new forum was up and running, and I had no idea. Going to take some time for everyone to transfer over I’m sure. I do like the new layout. I have also seen people posting the same question on here, there, and bbc…
