Found my latch leak

As you may recall, I posted that I have a new puma that had a locker fill up pretty well with water, way to much in fact and I was very disappointed. Well, got the new latch from BCB today and as soon as I took off the old latch and compared it to the new one I saw the problem. It never had a rubber seal on the orginal latch. Had folks mention to check this seal but if you dont have one its hard to check. I put the new one on and tested and all is dry! Not complaining just glad I did not have a serious problem and it was a simple issue. I am also very impressed with how fast and friendly the parts department was. Now I can say I am completely happy with the boat

Great! Those little rubber seals can pop off the T handle. BCB

Jim, Glad you got your leak fixed and are now completely happy with your boat. We all call on Scott from time to time, and you will again. CUSTOMER SERVICE is what its all about and no one does it better than BCB and you have just gotten a little sample of it. Can you say 5 JD Powers, with number 6 in the sights? Joe Murray

Glad they got you fixed up. I have a 2002 Pantera Classic, and Im the 3rd or 4th owner. Guess what, they treat me like I just bought the boat brand new yesterday. If you keep that boat 15 years, youll get the same service then that you experienced with this issue. Thats why there is such a loyal following. Jim I just a 92 pII and had to replace the vent cap for the fuel tank.The people were freindly and shippied my part the sameday. It has already arived and been installed.I was very impressed by the way I was treated. If they treat all their customers this way thats just awsome.
