fried charger

My 2002 Guest 3-bank charger may have finally bit the dust. If none of the lights illuminate do I assume it is now garbage?

If there are no fuses to check on this model and the batteries are not showing a charge no matter the indicators. Be sure to check voltage and make sure it is not charging and the lights are just out.
