The bolts that BCB is sending with the new cut/recessed outside rollers will be tight enough the center roller will not roll. I put mine on last weekend. flaj – the urethane could actually do more damage than the soft roller if you hit it hard. The gel right above the bow eye bolt can flake off if you hit one of those urethane rollers…that is one of the reasons BCB went back to the soft black ones. Get the new roller w/ the cut/recessed outside rollers and periodically turn that inside roller and that is going to be your best bet. I wouldnt do the stainless bow protector, they just dont look good and you can solve the problem with out it. Good luck and sorry you got stuck between the rollers, most of us who have had BCB a while have done it. That is one of the reasons I cut a set and posted on here. The good thing is BCB uses a good thick piece of metal up there and we wont have to weld that bow stand back like a buddy of mine had to do on another manufacturers brand. Pros and Cons to each design, but BCB is definitely the better built trailers. Judd Lasiter
