Where are the wires running for the front trim buttons? I am guessing that they run down the center of the boat under the floor and come out somewhere in the rear compartment?? I had my SHO repower done this week and got it back and everything looks good except they didnt get those front up and down buttons hooked back up on the new motor. I asked them and he didnt remember seeing them or unhooking them and I had already driven 3hrs to pick it up after waiting a couple weeks and didnt want to leave it longer. They did an EXCELLENT job on the install and I give props to Sandy Creek Marina in Breckenridge, Tx for that however. Everything came out looking great and they did an excellent job of getting the old control box out and seamlessly putting the new one in. I know that was difficult. Excellent folks over there (unfortunately not a basscat dealer though) I thought if it was simple to find them and hook them back up I would do it myself, although I might wait until winter when I take the boat back for the 20hr service if thats something that should be left to the pros. On another note, the SHO is amazing. Hole shot and mid range is awesome and unbeliveable compared to my opti. I think top end is going to be somewhere around the same maybe 3 mph faster or so when I am able to get it set up.
