Sounds like a ground issue. Check the connections near the sending units. Most of these used the yellow crimp style connections. I had similar problems (also on a 2015 model) that were solved by replacing those connections with the mercury style plug in connectors. That happened when the boat was new, has not been a problem since March 2015.
