OK, if I read the manual corectly, there is no way to cal teh SPEEDOMETER fuel reading. I understand the Tach guage cal. But the Speedometer reads fuel tank LEVELS (2 tanks). The Tach guage reads % remaining and only ONE fuel tank. When I use the switch panel between the L(1) and R(2) tank I do get the corresponding change change in the Tach guage. This looks to be accurate.I get 0% in the right position and 70% on left On the speedometer I get 20 gallons tank 1 (pretty close) and 6 gallons tank 2, it is empty I promise This poses another question, does the 04 Cougar have the oil tank hooked up to the “tank 2” input on the tach guage. OR is the oil tank connected to both the tank 2 readings of the tach and speedo. Sorry to be so anal, I run 60 helicopters and fuel qty is ingrained in my mind as important. I never fill teh boat up (using a 27 p prop so it doesnot come out of the hole on full gas an a friend) so using the fuel used system doesnt really work. Thanks Milton
