We had a little transition and a glitch in the shipping department a couple weeks ago. It caused us to get backed up on shipping. We apologize for our delay. Traffic has been to the moon! It backed us up more and we have been unable to cover all the phone calls and ship outs. We shipped about 100 packages each of the last two days and we are catching up now. There are already 50+ ready to ship tomorrow! Bear with as we are gaining ground and should be bumping the one day rule again soon.

Thanks for the update. Had sent another email today and a couple weeks ago trying to find out how my order was coming. Not that there is any rush with the 2 of snow we got earlier this week…

Thanks for the update. I spoke to Kieth on Monday. He sounded backed up and stressed. Hope all the glitches are starting to get recovered, I know I hate getting backed up at work.- Chaz

Does this effect out of stock merchandise? Are those items replenished?

There are limited parts they have been backordered on, and we dont know what exactly is remaining there outside of conversion kits that had to be built and there was a rush on those.
