Ive owned two Classics and I know how great they can be on gas. I would love to get back into a Cat and Ive been thinking that this boat would probably be a 07 or newer P2 or PIV with most likely a 200xs on it but if I get lucky and the prices right, Id definitely look at a SHO, but thats probably not going to happen. I fish a lot by myself. I really need to think about my probable fuel costs. I know the P2s definitely going to be better on gas, but by how much? Id like to be able to get close to 5 MPG cruising between 4 and 5k rpms. Would I get there with a PIV/200xs?
