They are both an Over Size and Over Weight item. If you are in the position to pick them up from the plant, we can make arrangements for that by calling Parts @ 870-481-5135. They can only be shipped to a Bass Cat dealer if you purchase the Replacement Bunks through that Bass Cat dealer. We will NOT ship them to a BCB dealer for you to pick up.

Does “NOTE: Due to Over Size and Over Weight restrictions, a flat Shipping and Handling Charge is added to this product.” mean that the shipping is already in the $440? Sorry Im dumb.Can someone tell me the length of the largest board in the set for a 2004 Cougar FTD? My boat is unfortunately away for winter and I am wondering I get it shipped to my parents in Florida, if it will fit in their mini van when they come back to Canada.

Shipping and Handling is an additional $225.00, making the total $665.00.Shipping dimensions for the replacement bunks for a Cougar/ Puma/ Eyra are approximately 126″ x 6″ x 10″.Between the 126″ length and the weight, they are a killer to ship.Last edited by Bass Cat Boats on January 31st, 2016, 3:27 pm, edited 3 times in total.

I got my preassembled boards in today..problem is i only got 2 10 footers..i did not get the 2 6 footers or the lag bolts or flat washers..gonna have to call parts Monday i guess..

So i called last year about getting bunks for my cougar as most of the installed hardware has fallen out and new hardware doesnt stay tight. I was told that you could include them onto a boat shipment going to one of the yarcraft dealers in the area at no charge but i would have to wait for the boat shipment. Reading what you just posted thats no longer the case? Thanks

That is an exception in customer service. The issue is delivering bunks to a dealership for a pick up when they have no part in the process. They gain no monetary support, dont make a sale and are taking their time.
