Thanks BCB. I understand the situation well, and understand why the warr. does not apply as this is a problem in the resin, and not a BCB quality control issue. I have a floor jack. Should I place 2X4s under the pad and start jacking? I want to make sure I dont do any harm to the pad. I could do this each time I put the boat away. Ive also consider spraying a moisture resistant coating on the bunk carpet. Shes not that old yet (2006) but when she is, I want her to still look new. I plan to re-power the boat several years down the road with a 175-200 4 stroke, and turn her over to the little guy in the pic when he is mature enough to act responsibly. Thanks very much!Insert: You cant hurt that pad jacking it anywhere on the rear with a floor jack and a block of wood on it if your prefer to.Last edited by buch1565 on February 2nd, 2010, 6:17 am, edited 1 time in total.
