Interesting week ahead……for Arkansas. Which Hog team shows up will have an impact on MSUs “Bowling game”. Obviously, we are having a chronic issue, lasting 10 years. When you face teams with defensive speed(and LSU is still on our schedule), you need more than 2 All-American running backs, the top fullback in college football, and an above average wide receiver. You need excellent and well balanced game planning and one person to call plays. Like the local paper said Sunday… There are no highly touted QBs coming to Arkansas. One QB transferred when it was decided Matt Jones would be our starter. Now, Jones is a WR with Jacksonville(occasionally), and the transfer IS a QB in the NFL. The other major QB talent that was recruited left last spring and is sitting out his redshirt year at USC- and I dont mean South Carolina! Our “offensive coordinator” left last spring when his offense was determined not to be able to be ran in the SEC. Of course, he is now at Tulsa and turning that team around enough to get to a bowl game. The kids are playing but the wheels are grinding to a halt. Go Hogs.Last edited by jignpig on November 12th, 2007, 3:22 am, edited 1 time in total.96 Eyra/12 Mercury 175 Pro XS with 2015 single axle trailer2017 Victory Gunner
