My 96 Pantera got caught in the rain last weekend at Fork. I had the cover on but didnt tighten it down. I was was not expecting it to downpour like it did. I ended up with roughly an inch of water in my tackle locker right behind the front deck seat post. Question is where could it have come from and is there no place for it drain? I ended up using the shop vac to get it out. On a positive note, gave me an excuse to reorganize tackle since I had to lay it all out to dry.
