Adam Mitchell and Ward went by me like i was tied to a fencepost going upriver last nite ! Granted we have probably 250lbs on them, and i do carry a little gear in my boat,,,,but whatcha think,,,,,should i go TEMPEST, or TROPHY to try to catch ol Adam ??? FYI, Neither one of these guys are as big as a popcorn toot, and carry around 10lbs of tackle in their boats, so me running with them is outta the question, Ward even took a pic of the pass ! Thanks Ward, ill return the favor when the blue monster goes scatter. D.

Not to worry D, Ward would NEVER think of doing anything with that photo, he probably just wanted it for his home album.

DID HE TAKE DIFFERENT ANGLES OR JUST A SIDE SHOT? TEMPEST/TROPHY WONT MATTER IN CATCHING HIM WITH YOUR SET UP…. TOO MUCH WEIGHT(GEAR)…A PII OR COUGAR(BUMBLEBEE/250XS ) MIGHT. The blue engine did not,,,i repeat DID NOT come around me last nite,,,,they were in Adams P4 with a Merc.. Otherwise i would be in a small group therapy class today ! D.

If I were you I would be looking at a few things.1. Lose some weight – either get a new partner or both of you need to go on diets.2. Sell the boat and get one that has a 250. Probably still wont do 75 though.3. How bout a little set up work! How can you know the full potential unless you play with the set up a little? You may want to ask GG for a little setup help!

now, now, we mostly beat you on line. I almost took the wheel from mitchell to get him to cut the corner more.bad news is that the blue one is faster over a 2-3 mile run. I caught and passed him over the length of the narrows this spring. even gave him a head start..73.5 in a p4 is hard to beat with another p4.C.O.D. Jr. III

Dang Ward, 73.5 in a P-4 is excellent. That would give my Classic a run for its money. Your right in saying another P-4 would be hard pressed to keep up with that. Dont worry about it D-man, Its not the speed of the boat but the size of the bass that counts.
