Bcb What is warranty on a factory installed (I believe) hambys. The bottom part of the hambys is separating from boat. 09 puma ftd. Do i need to contact hambys for warranty questions. Thanks. Bigal
A 2009 is past factory warranty though Hamby often provides some customer service on occasion. There were a couple of methods back then and we cant say for sure. Newer install methods have been extremely solid by comparison to older methods.
I have to laugh….a product with a lifetime warranty to protect your hull, but not guaranteed to stay on your hull. I can see why they give the lifetime warranty now. LOL

I know this doesnt help you with your Hamby coming loose. I have a 98 Jag and I often fish alone. When the boat ramp traffic is light I beach it on the ramp to park my truck. My hamby is still holding strong and in my opinion its the best product of its type out there. Oh yes it has some scratches/ gouges but my boat doesnt.
NO problem Basscatdreams,No feathers ruffled, though they do cover some installs and seldom do we see one they should as usually the Hamby got drug off in reverse on a rock or other obstacle.
