Like to see a picture. Like to replace my 1199 in console with a helix 12. Need to see if enough space as I have a Helix 12 side mounted as well.

Heres an HDS12 on a 13 Puma FTD, shouldnt be too much difference.

Only difference is the Helix 12s are wider than a lowrance as the Helixs have the new design vs the standard 1199

When you say you one side mounted, where is it? I would think it would be far enough to allow the other 12.

12 is mounted infront of the throttle. If my measurements r right, should work

Getting a Sherman mount is the only issue. I’ve sent them two messages and to date no reply. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I made my own used 1/4″ aluminium, made a template out of card board and cut all the pieces took it to a welder for $20and coated with black bed liner.Last edited by tjbubba on August 8th, 2018, 4:32 pm, edited 1 time in total.

Sherm is a one man band essentially at the dealership and he hand builds the mounts in his free time between sales, service, etc….. Getting customers boats repaired is a big part of his focus this time of the year. Getting a Sherms mount is an exercise in patience, but is well worth the wait.

The Sherms mount in the picture us available if anyone needs it, I pulled it off my 13 Puma FTD when the boat went away. They are sturdy, simple mounts.
