Hey guys,Need a little help with the setup…here are the details.I understand it may be difficult to help given the age of the boat, but any thoughts on what prop I should be running, etc.? Right now there is a 3 blade prop with no markings anywhere on it so I have no idea what the pitch is. Its appears to have been reworked many times. This boat is no rocket ship and I dont mind that. Its reliable and fits how I fish the Arkansas River perfectly. I do want to get the maximum performance possible though. I dont have a lot of tackle or gear and rarely mess with filling livewells unless they are full of crappie.Right now, I feel like the motor is too high or something isnt right. Its barely getting to 5800 rpms and I have a ton of steering torque at WOT to the right. Its all I can do to pull it back to the left to keep it straight. I dont have much bow lift either. There is a lot of hull in the water when running. The rooster tail is slightly higher than the cowling and trim never seems too high even at WOT. Its rock steady with no chine walk whatsoever at any speed. Max speed right now is around 55. I understand I shouldnt expect much more than maybe 60.Any help or insight you can provide will be helpful. Thanks fellas.
