I am sure everyone is currently out fishing on a glorious weekend such as this, and I would too, but started to pull the boat out of the shop and my swing away tongue gave up. So my question is, …. there is a large bolt on the pivot side, See the picture it has sheared off. Does that bolt thread through all three pieces ( seems unlikely) or does it just slide in through all three pieces of steel. I have turned on the upper portion with a breaker bar, it squeaks but does not rise out of the hole, I have pounded on the lower portion in both direction and it does not move. I have heated the lower portion and pounded some more. No Joy.
