I have to replace the speakers in my 2012 Eyra and the cone material disintegrated. I picked up some nice Infinity speakers but they have 5 holes instead of 4.Can someone give me some tips on how to drill the fiberglass to prevent cracking? Also what is the size bit needed for the screws BCB uses.Any help is appreciated!

They drill with a numbers bit slightly smaller than 1/8″ and they use a #8 stainless screw. They also counter sink a chamfer on the hole to prevent crazing.

I run my drill in reverse until a dimple is formed. Then use drill as normally. Follow up with a countersink bit as bcb suggest available at local hardware store2013 PANTERA 2MERCURY 200 PRO XSMINNKOTA 80LB FORTREX25 fury
