There is a bracket on the back side which has a couple of pieces of what looks like all-thread with nuts and lock washers. The bracket more or less pins the bracket against the back side of the console. Once you get it loosed, you and then take a sharp knife and to run the edge of the current unit to release the silicone adhesive holding it it place. It is not a hard task, just hard to get to laying on your back with your head below your butt trying to take off a couple of nuts!!
