Hey Gang looking for a little Help Troubleshooting a Brake problem. On Saturday I went to the lake for the first time this year, when I got to the ramp and tried to back up there was resistance when backing up, so I thought that I would check the release button under the the tongue. It didnt appear to pop or release (meaning that the breaks werent locked.) So I chalked it up to a ceased caliper. Got back in the truck and I was able to eventually get the boat in the water. When it was time to leave I got in the truck and moved the trailer the port-side back wheel was dragging in the gravel parking lot once I hit the pavement the it began to turn. So I thought that that must have been my ceased caliper. When I got home to back in to the driveway I again had an extremely difficult time backing up. So I decided since that one wheel was turning that I would remove it so I could back in the garage. To my surprise this didnt help the situation at all.So my question is where do I begin to trouble shoot. The backup solenoid? I will add one thing my hitch ball was fairly rusty so could this be a ground issue a truck issue? Trailer lights were fine.I have a tournament on the weekend so hopefully I will be able to figure it out. Any suggestions you may have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Mike
