We know this is a learning curve for you, though it is fundamental. Simple lower or raise your engine to get a touch of steering torque. If you have too much torque pulling the wheel to the right, making it hard to hold the wheel left constantly, you are too high. Each prop must be lowered or raised to match its particular characteristics. Your efficiency is by not good at 1500 with the Trophy, and you must be too high. Plus there is a rev limiter on a 2.5 EFI of about 5850 RPMs and you should not be able to twist more than this. There also is a history of times the limiter was hot and history in the 555 module. Any of this may help to obtain a better set up. You may need a smaller prop at over 2,500 feet and we would think 2 or 3 inches less. Nothing seems right in your present set up, and you may be trying to achieve more than a 2.5 will allow.
