I had my boat out (2011 PUMA FTD) once 3 wks ago after getting back in December from BCB for small repairs and my tach/info gauge would not work, just the backlight. I contacted Simon at BCB and he sent a new tach. Once I hooked it up all seemed to come on and looked ok. Well…..Had the boat out today since the last time and my trim readout is stuck on 20% when the motor was all of the way down. Second, I got out the Beede Nexsyslink book out and tried to change some settings and low and behold my down arrow button would not work. Would only let me scroll up. Also, when I held the enter button down to try and change settings, It showed the main menu, trips, parms screen, but I could not get into any of these cause of the buttons would not work except hitting enter to change the trips, but again only able to change the top (up) trip cause could not scroll. Just wanting to maybe get some troubleshooting help to figure all of this out. I have done all that I know to do with disconnecting battery and letting set hoping to reset computer or something for trim, unplugged back of guage and buttons and replugging in case of dirt, etc….. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just hoping on my next outing I can finally have everything working at once and correctly. I am just trying to do all that I can to correct it myself and call BCB only if no other option. Thanks in advance for help…..
