Oddly enough, this project is on my list of things to do. I am a sales rep for 2 different companies that make hitchcovers. 1 company makes one that inserts into the receiver, and the other company makes one that fits around the tube and has a flap that folds down or up when in use so you never have to remove it. Cost is about the same on each model. Im going to have one of the manufacturers make up one with the BCB logo with chrome lettering and Ill send it over to Mnt. Home.
