Looks to me like a fairly normal hitch, with some kind of bar on the top that sticks out over the cap on the tongue. Im guessing serving the purpose that if someone was to cut the lock on the trailer, they still couldnt unhook it b/c the bar covers the release. Just an extra safety measure I guess. Yes we can tell you, though we will have to find it. It was a friend of Marty Stones and it has a Safety cap that pins in place.

It is called Trailer Trapper. From what I have found they are not made anymore but will do some more research.

The other thing that looked “different” for me was both the round and flat electrical are connected to something. Wonder what that is?

This would allow him connect/disconnect but may be wired in to a switch in the truck to be able to turn them on and off. Thats my guess/

DuraSafe makes something like that called a Coupler Protect. but the one on Ikes looks more robust and made with the hitch.http://durasafelocks.com/shop/coupler-c … r-protect/
