you will first need to disconnect the existing throttle cable from the engine and roll it up in the bilge area of the boat in case you need it again. you then hook up a longer throttle cable (generally 2 ft longer than existing) to the engine and the hotfoot and make adjustments to the hotfoot itself for wot and idle position.

I have a 94 Eyra with a 150 xr6 and the cable is already there. What do i need to disconnect from the old throttle operation, and what do i need to hook up to the hot foot to get it to work. Thanks guys i know i wasnt very specific but if some one could give me a detailed description it would be awesome. Thanks again.

to long of screws and you will go thru the bottom of the hull

We suggest you seek a dealers help, measurement from the factory or look at an existing model. The slider adjustment is also suggested.
