As I mentioned in my post last night, I just purchased a new 2011 P II. I am new to the YUKU. So, if anybody can supply a quick, step by step instruction, I will post photos of the new ride. I will be taking the photos with my I Phone. Thanks,Richey

The reply is a little arrogant. You assume that everyone is as familiar with the procedure as you are. Reminds me ofthe 14 year old that thinks hes talking to an old person thats just not with it. Take another minute and do a good job!!! spbait, your kidding right? At the top of the page is a button marked “images”, next there will be the option to build a photo album, then you use the toggle buttons (icon) marked to seek your images in the location in your computer to hit the proper image address and then download the images you selected. We really want to be nice, and we appreciate the effort to post images, though it is our job to answer boat questions. Computer experts we are not and we tried to give simple directions to follow. Searching the pages for pictures or how to post pictures, or looking in the help section of Yuku would get you there also. There is no arrogance in simple directions as were given. Just simplicity and It looks like the post was done around 6:30 this morning. We really try hard and criticism such as this makes us wonder why sometimes. Maybe Ranger, Skeeter, Champion, Triton, or Nitro would take time to give directions in any form. No, we dont think so. BCBLast edited by spbait on April 14th, 2011, 3:50 am, edited 4 times in total.

Richey you need to open an account with Photobucket. After doing that upload your pictures into your Photobucket account. When you get ready to insert a pic into a post here hit the button to the left of the smiley face above the box you are typing in then pick the pictur you want to insert and its done. Like this: It takes a few seconds to get the image from Photbucket to here. If you need some more help give me a shout. The reply is a little arrogant. Take another minute and do a good job!Uncalled for IMO.

BCBGuys, sometimes we need to remind ourselves that this owners board and the time BCB spends on here is not a service we are paying for but a privilege to us. This is one of the many reasons that BCB customer service is top notch and also one of the reasons that Bass Cat Boats is the best boat builder in the world. BCB, youre doing a great job! Keep up the good work and thanks for all you do.
OUCH!!! Didnt intend to stir folks up. The word arrogant might have been a bad choice, however, I have not changed my mind regarding the answer to the photo question. Terse, or maybe curt, would have possibly been a better choice. It is obvious that Richie was having problems or he would not have spent the time to post the question. I have seen this same question several times posted on the owners board, so its apparent that the process of posting pictures is not obvious to the most casual observer. I was always taught that if you do not know the background of the person asking the question, assume that he is totally unfamiliar with the subject and provide detail accordingly.Having said that, I have owned several Cats, am very happy with the boats, and have received superb support from BCB over the years. I guess this is what caused this particular response to jump out at me. A few more minutes spent on the response would have been the proper approach. My opinion.I will continue to support the Bass Cat family. This is my last post on the subject.
BCBs answer was short and to the point but if you follow the steps it points it right out.
Thats the way I learned- not that hard.BAYOU BANDIT
