Yes, that is the way we would handle it and perhaps cut the storage boxes out under the seats, reglass them and carpet those seat boxes. The fatigue starts right of the rear drain where you step from the console area. The right side ofthe front drain fatigues also. These just get worse once the floor starts to separate delaminating between layers. Then the stringer gets water from the floor and it just continues deterioration. You can separate the floor and deck reattaching new flooring and reglassing the joints and deck. Carpeting will cover most of this and it is just labor intensive.
