Hub covers? They seem to be plastic? How do I get

You have to remove the wheel to remove the plastic covers.

I believe that BCB puts those hub covers on for looks…but also to kind of keep folks from adding grease, when most of the time there is no need. A lot of folks, me included until I got a Cat, are prone to wanting to shoot extra grease in there and in reality, all they do is run the risk of blowing out a seal.
