are the wheel hubs all steel or galvanized? I have 3 that seem to be rusting and 1 that doesnt2014 Puma FTD 250 XS

They are a coated hub though not galvanized. Something similar we dont recall the right description of.

should I be getting rust on the hubs, leaking out of center plastic cones dripping on my rims?? I only c 1 out of 4 that is not rusting2014 Puma FTD 250 XS

What year model? Have the hubs ever been cleaned and re packed?

There my be light rusting and the production retainer end caps on the axles also show some rust and degradation, though these are not needed after assembly of the torsion parts. Older hubs were not treated prior to Vault systems.

I have the exact same problem with a 2011 Puma…..all 4 are rusting and I have owned 5 other Bass Cats and none of them ever rusted.Interesting problem.

The vault hubs are coated prior to receipt and we do not coat them.
