The area in question we would assume to be the location of the rear foam box, where it is glassed to the side of the hull. These areas are on most BCB models to some degree and are located close to a line with the front edge of the rear deck assembly. The reason that area is as such is we do not float the deck or hull bracing as some companies do, and that is a rigid header area. These can appear a little more over time. We also encapsulate all of the foam in those chambers, whereas some companies leave that foam open to the moisture absorption and the environment. Another factor could be the woven pattern of the woven roven in large weave 24 OZ variety, where as some use 18 oz or a different material. We suspect this is what you may be seeing. And if it is what we think it is, then it may be by design. Some could be worse depending on cure cycles, foam shrinkage or expansion and etc.. You could have you local dealer take a look at it and if it shows in am image we could verify that in Service here.
