Hull thickness in that area is significant. It really doesnt matter though as your transducer willmshootmthrough the rear area where the transducer pocket is built in. Usually these questions are encircled around a transducer you installed which is not working. Those reasons are usually that you installed the transducer on top of the pad support and not the rearwards 6″ of hull. It wont shoot through there!
