On a new boat Have the bird 798 with side imaging. Would you spend a little extra and get a 7 inch screen??

I believe the Puma and Pantera IV have the same dash, and I just did the same install last week. Check back to the posts from last week, I put some pictures up.I bought the bezell from Basscat. A sdie benefit of the bezell is it makes a nice template for cutting the hole bigger.

anyone else with comments or even better pics? I appreciate MssBoss comments and saw his pics but I perfer to do this with out a gap in the bottom of the locator. Thanks

no one else has installed a hummingbird 998 or 997 in the dash???????

Puma Jim, We were in between when this one came up and on other projects. This has been posted dozens of times here on the Puma and Cougar Premium models. they fit with the bezel as mentioned from 2010 through 2003.

Not unless your going to a touch screen 7 Touch and they are more money.
