Hydraulic fluid reservoir for steering?

I have an 06 Pantera Classic and I want to check the Hyd. fluid level for my steering… Is the cap on top of my console (between windshield and back of console), the fill/access point? Kind of seems like a weird spot. I cant really see in it (because of windshield) and if I needed to fill it, it appears I would have to remove the windshield or rig something to fit in that tight spot. Am I missing something?My CatI Am Second

No that is the location as obviously you have tilt steering. The fluid level should not change and require more unless you haveva leak. If you have a leak it needs to be serviced immediately.
