Here is my complaint: after 2 years of running a 2011 PII, I cant find anything to complain about. Seriously considering quitting my job as a RN and going to work selling BCBs for Hideaway Harbor. At the Birmingham boat show this year and last year, Michael Redfearn asked: what do you like about your boat and what do you not like. What does that say about this companys desire for improvement? It seems that BCB may be the pioneer in Six Sigma and not even know it.
I have a 2010 Puma that Ive been complaining about ever since I got it.

EastTnJoe…..I believe bass1958 was saying he has had the same complaint as cef1965 in that he cant find anything to complain about. I could be wrong but I do believe he was being funny. There will always be some people who are not happy for some reason or another but you really wont find many on here who are actually disappointed. It does happen, but not often, and when it does happen, BassCat does all in their power to make the customer happy.Jim EbarbMany, LA (Toledo Bend Lake)2004 Cougar/ 225 OptimaxHumminbird Helix 12 Chirp SI on BalzOut Mount at bowLowrance HDS 7 at bowHumminbird Helix 12 Mega SI on Ram Mount at ConsoleLowrance HDS 8 in dash at console
That was the reference we believe and the way we took it. Read it again Joe. BCB

As a guy shopping for a new boat and considering BCB this worries me…..EastTnJoe,A little over a year ago, I was where you are…..trying to decide which boat I should invest in. Heres what I found, and I wanted to share my experience with you. Of course, the first factor to consider is what is your budget and what size boat will fill your need. Its pretty easy to determine if that budget will reach the price of a brand new model, “nicely equipped”. Then, for me, the next decision was how long do I plan to keep this boat. This was really a defining factor. If you look at the various brands of boats available, it quickly becomes obvious which ones are built for the boat owner who plans to keep and use his boat for more than a year or two. Also, because we consider this an investment of our hard earned money, those boats in the market that have stood the test of time are also the boats that seem to hold their value the most. For me, based on the analogy above, I was looking for a late 90s, 19 ft. class boat, with a 150-200 HP engine. There are only a few boat companies who service their boats and whose products have performed and continue to perform that are the age I could afford! Of those, BassCat quickly rose to the top of my list due to value, customer service, company longevity, continued inventory and availability of parts for earlier models, and finally, the actual performance of the boat itself!!!! After a little more than a year, I am more convinced than ever that I made the right choice by investing in a BassCat (Pantera II).Now you might be in the market for a much newer model boat. Wouldnt you consider the same reasons for your boat purchase as I did for my older model (that fit my budget)? No matter the age of a BassCat, Ive found several constants that will always be true – the value will always be there, the parts will always be there, the customer service will always be there. And finally, a BassCat will arguably meet or exceed the performance of any bass boat available today.I hope this might help you decide which way to turn for your boating “investment”. Finally, I want to add that this is written by a person who did not “sip the Kool-Aid” regarding boats available today. But, someone who just took a common sense look at how I wanted to spend my money. Good luck with your purchase. If you decide on BassCat, we want to see pictures!!!!Regards,Mike (Nashville, TN)
I have to say if there is a problem Basscat will make it right. They took care of me.

The OP was his complaint was nothing to complain about so I was saying the same since I got mine.
