I better pack the rain gear AGAIN. I need to go into the weather biz, its the only job I know that you can be right haf the time and get paid. They are calling for 60% rain Thursday and Friday, of course a chance Sunday as well. Hmmmmm…… does this sound like a repeat to anyone else?

I pack everything from the parka to the sandals. You just never know what your going to get during that week. I heard there was a chance of rain every day next week. Oh well……see you there.

Looked at the weather forecast too. I bet the weathers kinda the same in Tenn – if you dont like what its doing, stick around a minute, itll change. Yesterday they were predicting 30% of showers – today 60% of rain. Ive even seen the weather channel miss the forecast on the same day.

Whats been the area air temps? Also, what has been the water temps on Norfork?

Yesterday water temp morning 68 early afternoon 72 Air temp 89 and only had 2 keepers in the south part of the lake. Oh and I got a good sun burn.

As the weatherman has such a poor track record on forecasts, maybe for the first time the O I will have good weather for both days. The norm is a little bad weather on one day or the other. Will be there even if it is raining. Look forward to this get together every year. Wont be long now, 1 more day and then off to Mt. Home. Everyone going, have a safe trip there and see you all next week.pant 2Bob

We hope for those fishing its cloudy & 75 degrees with misting occasionally. That would really help the catch rate.
