In need of a BCB dealership

I just found out yesterday by a salesman, that the closest BCB Dealership to me (Anglers Choice – previously Greenes) would no longer be carrying the Basscat Line in future, but instead would carry Ranger, Triton, etc.. There are already a Ranger and Triton dealer, somewhat close, so Im somewhat confused in that decision, but regardless of reasoning, its sad that theres not a BCB dealership around the Lake Norman/ Lake Wylie area. Seems like all the other brands are all covering the area, but now no Basscat dealership around stinks.Are there any plans of a possible dealership opening in our area since Anglers Choice has made this move?

when I was there for service in December. Not happy! Bought my first BassCat from Hubert in 1999. Love all the folks that work there. I would like to know when BassCat will try to service the South Carolina market? The last FLW was at Lake Murray, the last Bassmaster Classic was at Lake Hartwell. We have several really good lakes and fishing here is year round. Anglers Choice was 1 hr and 15 mins from my house. Dropping BassCat by Anglers Choice – Spindale, will cost BassCat more share. Robert, We had a limited share there with Greenes Boats & Motors because they gave Andy a lot of room to operate and rebuild that market. Our actual share should increase without them as Anglers Choice as they will return to more normal territories. BCB

This brings up another reason why INMHO BassCat is a far superior brand…..When I purchased my first Cat 1990 no dealers near me, that I knew of was a concern of friends with Rangers n Champions that stated Id have no place to take for repairs and such. I just knew from the ONE BassCat I drove in (passenger) (and the only one on the Colorado River lakes) that this was well built boat and would not have issues. 2,500 mile round trip to purchase. Never a major issue. For small stuff I could handle and Bass Cat sent parts FREE. 2nd boat in 2000 although dealer closer, NorCal, we opted for ArkLaTex Marine (they were awesome to work with) and again no issues…. When my funds start rolling in again I will be doing the same.Just thought Id mention it…..Thanks BassCat…
