Below is a link to a good article on the topic. As it stands, stations will be allowed to offer E-15 fuel but are not required to. Hopefully it wont catch on. It will totally depend on the corn lobby and probably what State you are in. Lots of corn, lots of E-15. Using corn to make ethanol is plain stupid and wasteful but that is another topic all together. For now, we just have to be careful not to use a pump that has E-15 blend. The pumps are supposed to be clearly labled. My concern is some careless dope will put the wrong blended fuel in the wrong labled tank and the consumer will never know. As far as I know, there is no marine motor, inboard or outboard, made to handle E-15 unless the SHO is. But even those of us with mid 2000s motors need to be concerned. Two or 4 cycle. Our elected officials, past and present, dont seem to concerned about the issue. Maybe after their motor dies when on the lobbyist yacht when they are 50 miles offshore in the gulf with a storm brewing they will get the message….http://www.tradeonlytoday.com/home/508459-epa-expands-e15-rule
