Installing a radio in my 2011 Sabre FTD — wiring question

I am installing a radio in the old speedometer hole in console. Should I run new power to this unit or can I use the 12v the speedometer is currently using? Is there a wire color I should look for.FYI: No amps will be installed. Only powering two 6.5″ speakers.

Is there a way to do that and it still be on the main power switch?
