I have a bass cat boat that i bought used, i was just wondering if you have to have your boat registered through bass cat. I saw on another post that said that they didnt send out invitations this year, just wonder if you have to print off the entry and send it in or can you do everything at the registration. I didnt know if you had to be registered through bass cat or if you just have to own a bass cat boat.

If you open the Invitational rules it says at the very top at the start of the rules you must be the registered owner of the boat. I assume you must be registered through Bass Cat. I may be wrong on this but you can call the factory and get it taken care of over the phone. You will need your serial no# off the back of the boat.

Must be the registered Owner of record on the title registration of a Bass Cat Boat, though you can fish in any BCB that meets the requirements for the event. It does not have to be yours. If you were fortunate enough to do well, you would need your state registration of the boat you own, if different than the one you are using. We get the question every year about the boat ownership, as people have boats that have excess HP, do not want to tow one and desire to borrow or theirs do not presently work and want to borrow one. Those are within rules as long as you own one. BCB

Since bbdropshots question is answered, i have another oi question on registration. i have the entry form here in front of me and have not mailed it in yet. is it ok, to just bring the filled out registration form/check in, when i stop by the factory to register?

I believe registration is at the factory thru Tuesday, then moving to the Ramada Inn beginning Wed. morning.(8:30am)See ya there, D.
