Please note that we have made some revisions to the Invitational Rules for 2009. There is also a inclusion of an allowance for BCB to allow Non Owner Guests to participate. This was done with a purpose. We have invited the Japanese National Championship Team for this event. Also accompanying them will be three other from Japan, including two Media Photographers for the Japanese Fishing Publications. We always try to offer something different, and this year is not exception. Hopefully they will have a great time!
