BCB, Looking at the 09 preview have you engineered a torsion bar suspension on the tandem trailers? What is your thinking behind the change. Very clean looking if thats what Im seeing Bob

Yes, that is what they have done from the way I have seen it. I towed the boat on the front page from Mtn Home to Rockwall, TX for Rockwall Marine and I was impressed with the ride of the new trailer. Initially, I didnt think it would be that big of a change but it was surprising the difference. Judd Lasiter

It is UFP Torx axles and the only reason for the change is the leaf springs we prefer are not going to be built in the USA any longer. We have extremely few spring failures and the import springs are sub our requirements from our testing. Thus our only options were a different spring from a Canadian company or more research. This system is the rubberized torsion axle design. You could even make a low rider if you wanted to!

Kudos to BCB for keeping the manufacturing here! Now Im just waiting to see a lowrider Bass Cat behind a tricked out Escalade…………

This would be easy to raise also. For more ground clearance.

The frame height is identical.
