Have a 07 Puma with 250 Pro XS with 6″ Det hyd jp factory installed. Can I add a Det 2″ jp extension? Still have full warranty?

You have an 8″ plate not a 6. It will measure about 7 3/8″. No can do on the extension.

Phil mine measures 7 1/16(from transom to motor mounting on JP). All the lit and paperwork I have lists it as a 6″. They now are listed as a 8″ so I figured BC went to a different JP, LOL , hey maybe BC will let me add 1″ spacers. Guess I could call the factory next week

A 6″ Detwiler is exactly 6″.

oh well just and idea, cold here Thanks Phil youd think if Det. called it 8″ it would measure closer to 8 than 7, or Det. thought they were measuring and talking about something else LOL
