jaguar console fit

Hello all catters, ? for the jags driver console. I have a new jag 2014 with a hds10 push button model that has a bad row of pixels, would like to upgrade to a touch 12 Lowrance. since its a warranty issue has anybody tried to upgrade there unit . Also before I get to dreaming to much, will the 12 inch fit in the console to begin with. thanks !!!!!!

The 12″ should be the same overall size as your 10″ we believe. We cant say for sure though thats our recall. BCB

please bcb, will the 12″ fit in the console? do you flush mount them? no plates or mounts? Can i take the 10 out and add the 12″. even if i need to make the hole in the dash bigger???? Does the console on tha jaguar fit a 12″ touch Lowrance flush mounted????

The HDS 12 is about .625 larger than the HDS 10 in overall width dimensions, slightly taller also and we think about 1/4″.. It should fit fine, though may have a very slight overhang.Lowrance has a great online resource for this information. They cover transducers, connectors and more. We never hear of this resource being mentioned and always someone asks about does this fit in place of X, or what cable do I need for Y. http://support.lowrance.com/system/self … PIC_TYPE=0
